Salman Rana is an articling student at Milosevic Fiske LLP. Salman graduated from the University of Ottawa and holds an Honours B.A. in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
During his time at uOttawa, Salman mooted in the Nelligan O’Brien Payne Moot, and conducted research for an intervener party appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada. Salman also worked as a Research Assistant with various law faculty on technology issues such as digital privacy and protecting consumer rights. He is also the co-founder of uOttawa Common Law’s official legal blog, Inter Alia, which provides a forum for discussion between law students, lawyers, academics, and policymakers.
Prior to joining Milosevic Fiske, Salman worked for the B.C. Civil Liberties Association as a summer fellow and at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto.
