ARAD MOSLEHI, Toronto Civil Litigation Lawyer

Arad Moslehi is a Partner at Milosevic & Associates. He practices exclusively in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on fraud disputes, real estate litigation, and complex business conflicts. Arad is known for his strategic, efficient, and results-driven approach to resolving high-stakes matters.

Arad has appeared as lead counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has successfully defended anti-SLAPP motions, advanced multi-party fraud claims, and acted in disputes involving breaches of trust, knowing receipt, knowing assistance, and significant losses flowing from financial misconduct. His work includes urgent court applications, tracing disputed funds, and uncovering concealed assets.

Beyond fraud and urgent remedies, Arad maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. He represents clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, and defamation matters, particularly cases involving reputational harm and online publications. His ability to quickly assess risk and develop a targeted litigation strategy is central to his practice.

Before joining Milosevic & Associates, Arad practiced at boutique litigation firms in Toronto, where he handled civil matters with an emphasis on real estate disputes. He also spent several years practicing tax litigation, representing clients through CRA audits, objections, and appeals before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court.

Arad received his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). His decade of experience in the real estate industry provides valuable insight into the commercial realities underlying many of his clients’ disputes.
