JOELLA MILLER, Toronto Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Joella Miller is an Associate at Milosevic & Associates where she maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. She draws on her strong business background to advise and represent clients in complex matters, including those involving shareholder and partnership disputes, investment advisor liability, and fraud. In addition to her practice, Joella has volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario since 2024.
While attending law school, Joella served as a research assistant and editor for the Associate Dean of Research and she co-authored a book chapter with the university’s Vice President of Research and Innovation. She has also co-authored a professional development paper on Certificates of Pending Litigation and protecting litigants’ interests in real property.
Joella received her Juris Doctor, along with a Law and Technology Certificate, from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Joella was called to the Ontario bar in 2022, after articling at Milosevic & Associates.
