JOSEPH MA, Toronto Litigation Lawyer

Joseph is an associate at Milosevic & Associates, where he is developing a broad civil and commercial litigation practice focused on the efficient resolution of complex disputes. Joseph advises clients on various issues, including contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate matters, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

Joseph has represented clients before the Superior Court of Canada and the Small Claims Court. Before joining the firm in 2025, he practiced commercial litigation and bankruptcy at a full-service law firm after being called to the bar in 2024.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Kinesiology from Western University. In his leisure time, he enjoys running half-marathons and playing tennis.
