Charles was admitted to the Ontario Bar and the Law Society of Ontario in 2016. He graduated as a Gold Medalist with numerous academic awards from University of Toronto, Mississauga with an Honours Bachelor of Arts specialist degree in Political and Social Sciences in 2012 and graduated with mediation and negotiation awards from Osgoode Hall in 2015.
As part of Charles’s career, he oversaw a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution as legal counsel in a publicly traded company. He also practiced in various areas of commercial and civil litigation, with a broad focus on urgent injunctions, debt collection, mortgage enforcement, real estate law, defamation, and general torts law. He also gained experience in aspects of e-discovery (processes and technologies) from a leading national firm prior to his current position.

- Successfully obtained judgment for a developer client to rectify title under Ontario’s Land Titles Act (and involving an easement) for the purposes of their intended condominium redevelopment (Meadow Wood Development Limited v. Elijah Dexter et al.)
- Successfully obtained judgment for declaring and vesting title to real property/real estate (Kassab et al v. Jazrawi et al.)
