OWAIN GUINN, Toronto Civil Litigation Lawyer

Owain is an associate at Milosevic & Associates and is developing a broad practice in commercial and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Milosevic & Associates, Owain completed his articles at a Toronto litigation boutique where he played an integral role in complex commercial litigation and high-value class action lawsuits.

Owain was admitted to the Ontario Bar and the Law Society of Ontario in 2025 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.

At law school, Owain was an active mooter, and earned a spot as the #1 speaker internationally at the Oxford Price Media Law Moot in 2023. He also was a finalist in the prestigious Canadian rounds of the Philip C. Jessup Moot in 2024. As a student, Owain worked at the Osgoode Hall Law School student legal clinic providing criminal defence to low-income members of Toronto’s Jane and Finch Community.  He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (First Class Hons.) from McGill University in History.

In his free time, Owain is an avid runner and photographer.
